Code of Conduct

All individuals, including attendees, staff, and volunteers, are obligated to endorse the following code of conduct during our reunion. The Reunion Committee is entrusted with upholding and implementing this code throughout the entirety of the event. We earnestly anticipate the collaboration of every participant to collectively foster a secure and inclusive environment for all.

Harassment

Our reunion and its committee are steadfastly committed to ensuring a harassment-free experience for all participants, irrespective of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion (or lack thereof). Harassment in any form will not be tolerated towards any attendee. Sexual language and imagery have no place at any part of the reunion venue. Those found in violation of these guidelines may face expulsion from the conference without a refund, as determined by the discretion of the reunion committee.

Harassment encompasses offensive verbal comments related to various aspects such as gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion; the display of sexual images in public spaces; deliberate intimidation; stalking; following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of others; inappropriate physical contact; and unwelcome sexual attention.

Participants directed to cease any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

Should a participant engage in harassing conduct, the Reunion Committee reserves the right to take any necessary action, including issuing warnings or expulsion from the event with no refund.

If you experience harassment, witness someone else being harassed, or have any concerns, please promptly contact a member of the Reunion Committee.

The Reunion Committee is dedicated to assisting participants in reaching out to venue security or local law enforcement, arranging escorts, or providing any necessary support to ensure a sense of safety throughout the event. We highly value your presence.

Alcohol & Smoking

It is our strong expectation that alcohol will only be served to and consumed by individuals of legal drinking age.

Participants are required to approach alcohol consumption with responsibility, ensuring constant respect for venue property, staff, and fellow event participants.

Smoking is strictly prohibited at the event. Participants requiring a smoke break should exit the premises, choosing a location that minimizes disturbance to others and complies with all venue restrictions and state laws. Your cooperation in maintaining a considerate and inclusive environment is greatly appreciated.
